Hi Flash Milla! How are you?
I’m good.
Where are you from?
Brampton City, Canada.
How did you get into music?
My older cousin Jiggz brought me to CMP studios and he opened up a new world for me. I started to learn about the studio environment but he did let me know it was a price per night(Laughs). I saw the creative process and because of that and I started making my own music.
What is your greatest achievement as a musician?
That’s a hard question, honestly, I can’t be glorified for nothing right now, I’m still working but if I had to choose one it would be my performance at New York SOB’s. It’s a monumental place, I’ll never forget performing there.
What are 3 words that describe your music?
Motivational, Drippy, and Saucey.
What do you want people to take away after listening to your music?
Anything is possible as long as you believe and put in the work that is needed. And you can take ANY path to get to where you wanna go– there’s no one way.
Who inspires you the most musically?
Normally I would say 2pac but at this moment I have to say Philthy Rich because of his hustle. He is someone I look up to because of his ambition.
Who is one artist you wish you could work with?
Chris Brown, he’s the closest thing I’d get to Michael Jackson right now. A song with him would be a hit for sure, just think about the dancing and energy on stage with him, and being able to perform next to him – man, that would be major.
Tell us about any new music you have coming out? When is coming out? What is it about?
I’m currently working on my EP. It’s set to drop in September. It’s gonna be some of my best work my sound is a mix of genres but mainly a mix of trap soul and hip hop.
Anything else you want the audience to know about you?
Anything they need to know about me they can find out by listening to my music. Everything in my music is something I’ve already done, been through, or is bound to happen, I only rap about the truth.
